Draw Your Learning Self: From Blind Spots to Brave Practices
BIO
At heart, I’m an everlasting learner who turns complex ideas into drawings people can act on. I blend psychopedagogy, visual coaching, and organizational psychology to help individuals and teams see their thinking, name their patterns, and design kinder, smarter ways of learning and working. I hold a Master’s degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor’s in Psychopedagogy, and a Master Trainer Certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming—three lenses I use daily to connect cognition, creativity, and change.
Over the past decade I’ve coached leaders, educators, and teams to transform reflection into visualization and strategy into shared practice. My approach centers on making inner processes visible and meaningful—mapping talents, blind spots, and the often-ignored “shadows” that quietly shape performance.
I live between notebooks and whiteboards, where clarity, compassion, and playful rigor meet every day. Because when we can see our learning selves—our stories, biases, and possibilities—we open room for wiser action and deeper connection.
Short description of talk
What if you could see the way you learn? This session invites participants to explore their cognitive and emotional patterns through the lens of visual coaching and psychopedagogy. By drawing your learning self, you’ll uncover both your visible strengths and your hidden “shadow values”—the overlooked parts that hold untapped potential.
Through live sketching, reflection tools, and a step‑by‑step visual mapping method, you’ll learn to trace the unique lines of your learning style and turn insight into action. The approach blends psychopedagogy, neuro‑linguistic programming, and creative visualization to make self‑knowledge practical and visible.
Whether you’re a coach, educator, or leader, this workshop offers a playful yet rigorous way to build awareness, curiosity, and compassion into your daily practice. Technology may accelerate how we work, but self‑awareness determines how we grow. Come ready to draw, reflect, and design your next brave learning step—one image at a time.
